Prerequisites for a person to qualify as a “primary member” of the association are as follows:
- Being of Lebanese nationality
- Possessing full civil rights
- Having no convictions for a felony or a crime of moral turpitude
- Being at least eighteen years old and below legal retirement age
- Being employed by either a Lebanese or foreign airline or company in the roles of:
– Captain
– First Officer
– Flight Engineer
If you fulfill the requirements above then you need to provide the following papers:
- Copy of the Lebanese National ID or Civil Individual Extract
- Copy of Family Extract
- Passport Photo
- Copy of your Commercial Pilot Licence
- Lebanese Criminal Record
- Proof of employment if working in an airline other than MEA
- Joining fee of 200 USD

NOTE: The Recurrent monthly fees are 35 USD for Captains 25 USD for First Officers and Flight Engineers.
New members can join, only after being accepted into the Association via majority vote of the Board members.
